The “mApartment” provides to its client a central database integrated with tools for communication, facility management, billing and accounting and is used by the client’s residents/occupants on web or as a mobile app. Depending on the access available to You, You may use any or all of the Products.

* Complaint can be lodged through Web & Mobile phone.

COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT -
* Complaint lodging and tracking becomes transparent.
* Will be able to log complaint ticket through mobile phone and see complete report of tickets numbers.
* Respective employee will be able to see ticket detail on his mobile.
* Electricians/ Plumber and other employee will get notification and SMS for this complaint.
* Escalation matrix can be implemented.
ADD MEMBER -
* Flat owner can add their spouses, kids from add member section.
* After adding, other members can also use the services of complete software.
DIRECTORY
* Users can see the important contact details of residents/ management committee/ facility supervisors and other important contacts.
* Resident can mark units as available for rent/sale.
* User can filter blockwise data.
* Can search on the basis of First name/ last name/ flat no.
* Users can set opt in / opt out for their phone and email to be visible.
